Cholofelo Patrick Rankoko was unemployed and looking for a job when he applied for the learnership. Since joining the Surgical Innovations team, Cholofelo has gained experience working as a picker and pack, in inventory control as well as in receiving.
“By being part of this learnership, I am now able to build my career. With the skills and work experience that I have gained on this programme, I am empowered and equipped for the working world.”
When the learnership ends, Cholofelo will join the RCA team as a receiving clerk.
